United Property Preservation LLC started in property maintenance — the unglamorous work of keeping lots, yards, and vacant properties in shape across Western New York. Doing that work year after year, the same request kept coming up from owners: the property had gotten away from them, and they needed it cleared.
So we invested in the equipment to do it right. Today the company is focused on land clearing and forestry mulching for residential acreage, farm ground, and undeveloped parcels around Niagara and Erie counties.
We are a small, owner-operated outfit. When you call, you are talking to the person who will be standing on your property with the machine. That is deliberate, and we do not plan to change it.
